Refactoring LinkAja Consumer App and Other Projects

Background

[Refactoring project] LinkAja’s consumer app is in the need for interaction improvement and alignment with the new design system components. What the Product designer needs to do is conducting UX audit, identifying the areas of improvement, replacing the old components to the new ones, improving the interaction, navigation and do UX testing. The challenges were, the back end logic cannot be changed so we have to fix the interaction with only front end changes.

[Other projects] There are smaller other projects aside refactoring, like adding new features (for example add cross border transaction feature), conducting UX research for audit and reporting (for example customer onboarding), or Prototyping using Protopie for usability testing needs (for example homescreen).

Assist the UX Lead to oversee the LinkAja Consumer App, be included in many projects; such as Refactoring LinkAja Consumer App, CrossBorder Transaction New Features, Connecting GoPay Features, TopUp e-money Features, Voucher at QR Features, Onboarding Flow Audit, Prototyping for the UX Researcher’s Needs, Do Interviews or Usability Testing. Collaborating with the Product Managers/ Owners, FE & BE Developers, QA, Business Users, UX Writer, Other Designers, and Core Designers. And also do the QA for the refactor design to ensure quality.

Aesthetic Awards - Design Hackathon LinkAja (team of three)

LinkAja wants to revamp its homescreen, so they create the design hackathon with a team of three.

We do a quick design screens, assets, prototyping using protopie and also test the prototype using usability testing (5 person).

Our team got the aesthetic awards and a runner up
